The role of Business Development Manager at TCS France is a key position that requires developing the customer portfolio to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Working closely with the Industry sales team, the Center of Excellence in India, and the Delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans with clients.
  • Drive loyalty and growth of the existing customer base.
  • Develop business with prospects and identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in tender responses, both for Time and Material (T&M) and fixed-price projects.
  • Analyze customer technical and business needs to adapt potential offers.
  • Build a strong network of internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in sales, including services or solutions, with a strong commercial acumen and ability to identify potential deals. Fluency in English and French is a must, and experience in selling offshore solutions/services is highly appreciated.
