Job Title: Software Trainer - Paris Office

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Trainer to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing software training to staff in our Paris office, as well as contributing to the Regional and Global training teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions across various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.
  • Analyze and identify training needs to provide targeted and effective learning solutions.
  • Develop and update training materials, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including space reservation and audiovisual setup.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to maintain a uniform training standard and contribute to broader technological initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Advance Proficiency in Microsoft office (with a focus on Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Competence in addressing common hardware and software issues.
  • Fluent in English with a native proficiency in French.
  • Proven experience in conducting technology training sessions, workshops, or seminars.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in providing one-on-one tech support or coaching, especially in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Proficiency in developing training content, manuals, online learning modules, or other educational materials.
  • Ability to tailor content to various skill levels and learning styles.
  • A background in providing excellent customer service or user support, as this role requires interacting with a diverse group of employees.
  • Proficiency in using online training platforms and tools.
  • Experience in conducting on-site training sessions at different locations.
  • Ability to adapt content to suit various learning styles and skill levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills, essential for a diverse workplace.

Good-to-Have:

  • Certifications in Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar credentials.
  • Skills in creating well-designed, engaging, and effective training programs and materials.
  • Italian/Spanish proficiency.
  • Experience in e-learning development.
