Job Description

As a Product Owner Customer Service Specialist at Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Ireland, Ltd., you will be responsible for developing and managing the marketing mix for products and solutions as part of the launch plan. This includes working closely with the IBL marketing team to develop and execute a joint promotion and communication plan on an annual basis for existing product lines. You will also provide content and input for online and social media activities and promotion, and share the annual plan with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training to sales and marketing organizations, distributors, and sales support functions to demonstrate core message, features and benefits, competitive advantage and USP, build sales support tools, identify common objections and effective responses. You will also conduct continued training and education of level 1 and 2 support functions to enhance knowledge.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree or relevant equivalent education/degree
  • Previous experience in international marketing preferred
  • Prior experience with diagnostics reagents, hardware and software preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft MS-Office
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information with customers, distributors and co-workers
  • Ability to learn new & existing methods, instruments, and software
