About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team at Kuoni Tumlare France. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Destination and Direct Sales Manager in charge of France by supervising and coordinating all aspects of group tour arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that requested services are booked and confirmed within the required deadlines.
  • Manage itineraries, making necessary amendments and handling changes and cancellations smoothly.
  • Maintain close communication with local offices and direct clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and sent to clients well before their departure.
  • Assist in developing new and exciting travel products.
  • Utilize company IT systems to effectively follow up on tours.
  • Multitask efficiently, handling multiple files simultaneously and ensuring proactive communication with clients and destination offices.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Tourism and Travel Business.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PDF), organized, able to prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sales Assistant, with experience in Inbound Travel in Europe being a plus.
  • Personal qualities: Motivated, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, self-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and open-minded.
