Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesperson to lead our Rates Sales team in Paris. With a focus on either Flow or Solutions Rates Sales, this role offers the opportunity to develop the team while driving business as a producer. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the Rates Sales business
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the Nordics
- Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a majority focus on Flow Rates Sales or Rates Solutions Sales
- An existing network of institutional clients in the Nordics, such as Hedge Funds, Asset Managers or Pension Funds
- Fluency in English, with any other European languages a plus
