About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to generate new leads, convert prospects into paying customers, and build strong relationships with clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with regional managers, account executives, and other stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve $15M quota targets
  • Pursue and close sales-qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement
  • Analyze industry trends, identify selling opportunities, and optimize sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead conversions, and measure sales performance
  • Coach and mentor junior sales professionals to enhance their skills and productivity
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and have at least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or sales. You must be proficient in Microsoft 365 fundamentals, Dynamics 365 CRM, and data analysis tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
