Strategic Sales Leader for Enterprise Software Solutions

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead our enterprise software sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of sales executives and driving revenue growth through strategic sales campaigns.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to deliver maximum business value to customers while ensuring healthy margins for Guidewire.
- Manage post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
- Lead sales activities from initial contact to sale closure, leveraging your expertise in the company's technology, products, and services.
- Present regular detailed reports to management on sales and marketing activities, success rates, and competitor analysis.
This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance, banking, telecom, industrial, pharmaceuticals, retail, finance/accounting, and manufacturing industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements- A proven track record of recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and managing top-ranked enterprise software sales teams.
- Mastery of the complex end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle, including selling multiple applications to diverse stakeholders.
- A bias towards winning new name business, with 70% new business and 30% add-on sales.
