About the Role
- As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our Java development team and contributing to the design and development of our end-to-end transactional marketplace.
- Our product leverages data and technology to connect all real estate market players through a state-of-the-art platform, creating a chain of trust and powerful network effects, and accelerating transactions.
- Technologies used include Microservices, Java 17, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Maven, and Github.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java experience.
- Conversational French and English.
- Autonomy, good communication skills, involvement, interest in making the product better, dynamism, and curiosity.
- Ability to clarify and refine requirements based on incomplete inputs.
- Readiness to help your teammates grow and improve the process, leadership skills.
- Location: only in Casablanca (Morocco), hybrid working format.

- Contracts between a Cyprus legal entity and a private entrepreneur without any reference to a specific location.
