Job Summary

The Logistics Stores Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing goods delivered to the company, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receive and inspect goods delivered to the company, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  2. Enter goods received onto the computer system, correlating items to purchase orders.
  3. Maintain a tidy and orderly work environment, adhering to Health and Safety standards.
  4. Pick stock items accurately, adhering to customer requirements.
  5. Package orders for safe delivery to customers.
  6. Liaise with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, both internal and external.
  8. Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and record fuel consumption.
Requirements
  1. Excellent driving skills and a full clean driving license.
  2. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
  3. Lifting and carrying skills, as well as the ability to complete record sheets and paperwork.
  4. Autonomy, organization, and precision are essential for this role.
