We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to lead our Rooms Division team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the efficient handling of guests' luggage, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
- Rostering and supervising Heartists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances, adhering to Accor's high standards.
- Implementing policies, procedures, and service standards that meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring the safety and sanitation of guests' luggage, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed when faced with challenges.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and local market conditions.
