Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth through our distributor network. This position involves managing relationships with key distributors, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts with distributors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the distribution network

Requirements:

  • Ability to negotiate contracts in a worldwide environment

Working Conditions:

This is a challenging role that requires moderate travel (approximately 20-30% of the time). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and will be able to navigate cultural differences when interacting with international distributors.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility, required qualifications, and location.
