About the Role
As a Customer Success Team Member, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support to our merchants, ensuring their satisfaction with our Lengow platform. Your main tasks will include providing timely and accurate support, ensuring merchants can use all platform features, escalating issues to the technical support team, suggesting documentation updates, and liaising with the customer success manager.
Key Responsibilities

- Suggest customer documentation updates or creation.
- Liaise with the customer success manager to report difficulties.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in support software, fluency in English and French, and strong analytical and synthesis skills. You should be customer-oriented, empathetic, and patient, with a technical background and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in e-commerce and be autonomous, proactive, and resourceful.
