Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to join our team at Insider. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts, and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a team of sales professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
