About the Job:

We are seeking a Negotiator in Leasing (H/F) in an alternating position for our partner company specializing in real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting the management team on a daily basis
• Following up on messages and phone calls
• Following up on sales files
• Following up on partners and sales tools
• Organizing commercial actions: mailings, relaunches, SMS
• Preparing personalized commercial and fiscal letters
• Following up on invoices and expenses and relations with accounting experts
• Participating in administrative classification
• Assisting in the launch of the second agency

Required Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good command of French in writing and speaking
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and comfort with the internet
• A pleasant character, being rigorous and organized
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the real estate sector
