SAP is seeking a highly skilled HR Services Associate to join our team in France. As a key member of our Local HR Services team, you will play a vital role in providing operational support and consultancy to employees and managers across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for HR inquiries from employees and managers, ensuring timely and effective resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain and update HR Portal pages, contributing to the HRdirect knowledgebase.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and related administrative tasks.
- Administer contractual changes, provide HR statements, and verify employment letters.
- Develop end-to-end process knowledge, identify standardization opportunities, and support process alignment and HR shared service migration activities.
- Collaborate with managers to loop back on risks, issues, and decision needs.
- Participate in exit procedures and benefits administration.
- Support during restructurings and M&As.
- Seek feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with other HR Global Service Delivery teams, CoEs, HRBPs, and departments to facilitate support for processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience; Master's Degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of French employment law and legislation.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly customer-oriented.
- Quality-driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and organize work well.
- Ability to work independently, self-driven, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in international teams with diverse locations and cultures.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good knowledge of HR processes.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluent French and English language skills, written and spoken.
About the Role:
This is a 6-month contract position, with a start date as soon as possible. Remuneration is aligned with the collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC) and SAP salary grid.
