Overview

Zimmer Biomet is a global leader in medical technology, and we're seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company's products and solutions to customers, using your deep knowledge of our offerings to meet their needs. Your goal will be to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and solutions
  • Track all sales activities in our CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Advanced competencies with Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing, or related experience in a medical, scientific field, or technical career
  • Previous experience in the Medical Devices Industry, ideally dealing with implants, and strong knowledge of the French healthcare system
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Commercial Role in the Medical Devices Sector
  • Solid experience working in the operating room
  • Experience in the Cranio-Maxillo-Facial segment is strongly preferred
  • Existing portfolio of Neurosurgeons and Maxillo-Facial surgeons is strongly preferred
Travel Expectations
  • Ability to travel at least 70% of the time to customer events
