About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead our France Consumer Goods division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and plans to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the French retail landscape and EU buying alliances.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
