### Job Summary

A strong people leader is required to lead and develop the sales team for the Advanced Wound Care business unit through their 4 Regional Business Managers. The ideal candidate will have worked in a sales leadership role in the primary care market, with demonstrable experience of attracting, building, engaging, and developing a high-performing team.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the sales team for the Advanced Wound Care business unit
* Work closely with Regional Business Managers to achieve sales targets
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
