Physician Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Physician Coordinator to join our team at Adecco Médical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

• Care Coordination: Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and coordinate healthcare professionals.
• Individualized Care: Provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, admissions advice, and individual care plans.
• Quality and Risk Management: Participate in quality and risk management, and professional best practices development.
• Network Integration: Actively engage in integrating our facility into geriatric networks.

We are looking for a Medical Doctorate degree holder with required qualifications per specialty. Additional training in geriatrics, EHPAD coordination, or equivalent is appreciated. You must be registered with the Medical Board.
