About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the European Audiovisual Observatory, an organization dedicated to promoting transparency and understanding of Europe's audiovisual industries.

Job Description
  • Ensure the efficient management of the Observatory, leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Oversee the financial and budgetary aspects, aligning with the Executive Council's goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the Observatory's success, leveraging international networks and expertise.
  • Motivate staff through effective leadership and management practices.
  • Represent the Observatory externally, presenting its work results and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (political science, social science, economics, media, law, communication).
  • Extensive professional experience in managing teams and handling information in the audio-visual sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of the European audio-visual sector, research institutions, and organizations operating in the field.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: €90,000 - €110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
