Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective and efficient discharge of duties.
  • Verify the accuracy of all charges and credits, and prepare A/R rebate vouchers when necessary.
  • Liaise with the sales department to resolve disputes related to rates, complimentary rooms, and credit arrangements.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer billing and payments.

Credit Card Transaction Management

  • Monitor and verify all credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and regularly follow up on credit card reconciliations and charge-back transactions.
