The Payroll Auditor - Europe will be a local representative of the Payroll Department supporting Abercrombie & Fitch stores in France. This role involves supporting payroll and compliance processes and procedures, researching and resolving issues in accordance with local laws, and providing customer support to store associates.
This position requires a strong understanding of local laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication skills to partner with Home Office payroll auditors and ensure accurate and timely payrolls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting payroll and compliance processes and procedures
- Researching and resolving issues in accordance with local laws
- Providing customer support to store associates
- Partnering with Home Office payroll auditors to ensure accurate and timely payrolls
Requirements include a completed Bachelor's degree or four-year equivalent, excellent level of French, and a strong command of English.
