Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our Content team at PandaDoc. In this role, you will be responsible for owning, refining, and elevating the core of our product - the editor.

About the Role
  • Build the Technical Vision: Collaborate with the team to stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices. Research and implement solutions to enhance the quality, performance, and maintainability of our front-end codebase.
  • Own and Lead: Develop architecture, design, and implementation. Effectively manage stakeholders across disciplines, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Advocate Clean Code Practices: Set a high bar for technical excellence. Provide consultations on new feature contributions. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
  • Present and Organize Knowledge-Sharing Events: Participate in presentations and demos. Share knowledge and expertise within the team.
About You
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a front-end engineer, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Event Sourcing, React, Redux, Redux-saga, immutable.js, Webpack, Jest/react-testing-library/playwright).
  • Experience building scalable and performant web applications. Practical understanding of web performance aspects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
