About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven IoT Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a Sales Team of 10 people, with a goal to grow the team to 20 people at least.
  • Grow internationally the business, managing proactively the customer base, which already includes some large accounts.
  • Develop direct and indirect channels, leveraging synergies with parent companies of NTT Data Inc and sisters' companies like NTT Com and NTT Docomo.
  • Develop strong synergies with Product Marketing and Communication teams, staying updated on IoT industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Transatel's reach and market presence.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Experience of working with big organizations such as NTT.
  • Understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • English/French fluent.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Transatel is a global provider of cellular connectivity solutions and Europe's leading aggregator of virtual mobile network operators (MVNOs). We strive to have an efficient global process to finalize our recruitments as quickly as possible (around 3 weeks).

  • Salary package: fixed salary + individual bonus + half-yearly profit-sharing and incentive schemes (investable in PEE or PER).
  • Salary committees every 6 months.
  • Up to 2 days' homeworking, 25 days' holiday + a few free days.
