About the Role

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join its team in Cergy. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company's energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Source and procure goods and services from approved suppliers
  • Conduct commercial and contractual analysis to ensure best value for the company
  • Manage the procurement process from RFQ to contract award
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
