Le Groupe ALERYS, spécialisé dans l'accompagnement des personnes et des entreprises dans leurs transitions, recherche un Directeur.rice de pratique Executive Leadership Development pour rejoindre son équipe de direction.

Mission du poste

Vous serez chargé.e de développer et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement de la BU Oasys Dirigeants, en particulier dans le domaine du talent management. Vous travaillerez en synergie avec les autres BU du Groupe pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Compétences requises
  • Expérience confirmée (15 ans) dans le talent management, en cabinet et en entreprise
  • Double expérience réussie dans le conseil et la direction
  • Anglais courant pour répondre aux sollicitations des clients à l'international
Profil idéal

Vous êtes un professionnel expérimenté, motivé et passionné par le développement des talents et des entreprises. Vous avez une forte capacité d'analyse, de planification et de gestion de projet. Vous êtes également un excellent communicateur et un leader naturel.
