Delta Consulting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy of the department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Design and develop robust and scalable architectures for technical solutions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of key features, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Ensure the maintenance and evolution of existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce best development practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Guarantee the quality of the code produced by the team, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Java, with over 10 years of experience using related frameworks such as Spring, Python, Angular, and JavaScript.
  • Solid experience in software architecture and migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Git, Gitea, SonarQube, Maven, and Nexus, ensuring efficient build and deployment processes.
  • Expertise in SQL databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Highly proficient in both written and spoken French and English, ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
