As a Life Sciences Business Development Manager at Voisin Consulting SARL, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development (BD) and Technical Advisor (TA) teams in delivering impactful results for our clients and organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth pre-project and project delivery processes, working closely with BD and TA teams to coordinate activities, set up calls and meetings, and monitor deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with BD and TA teams to coordinate pre-project activities, ensuring timely delivery of proposals.
  • Set up calls and meetings, ensure all contributors are aligned with deadlines, and monitor the process to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Provide crucial support by preparing and formatting templates, quality-checking documents, and ensuring legal agreements are fully executed and appropriately filed.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring client and project data, budgets, and proposal details are accurate and current.
  • Participate in client scoping calls and provide follow-up communication, ensuring clarity and momentum throughout the pre-project phase.
  • Conduct client and competitor research with the Marketing team to identify key industry contacts and business opportunities.
  • Help develop account plans and contribute to expanding business with both new and existing clients, using tools like Global Data and LinkedIn for business intelligence.

During the project delivery phase, you will work alongside project managers and BD to ensure smooth transitions from pre-project to project execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide quality control (QC) for project setup, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contractual terms.
  • Track project budgets and support project managers (PM) in monitoring budget consumption and identifying any deviations.
  • Assist in the creation of change orders and risk assessments, and collaborate with the invoicing team to ensure accurate billing throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the project closing process by ensuring accurate data and records are maintained within the CRM system.
