About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team in this strategic client-facing role. As a TAM, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships, providing technical guidance and support, and driving business growth through Dataiku's AI and ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to identify and prioritize near-term and long-term priorities, defining engagement plans and managing milestones">
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, best practices, security, data management, compute resources, ML-Ops, monitoring, and more">
• Centralize technical information about clients, contributing to account strategy and collaborating with the account team">
• Contribute to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team through documentation, process optimization, and peer upskilling">
• Support innovative approaches around Dataiku, including edge computing, deep learning, advanced MLOps, and more">

Requirements:

• ">
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role">
• Native French speaker or bilingual">
• Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions">
• Strong Linux system administration experience, including networking">
• Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization systems like LDAP, Kerberos, AD, and IAM">
• Experience with cloud-based services like AWS, Azure, and GCP">
• Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem">
• Some knowledge of Python and Java">

What We Offer:

A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development within Dataiku.
