Job Title: Paid Marketing Manager

Amazon is seeking an experienced Paid Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across Hardlines (Home, Toys, Sports, Automotive, Home Improvement, Electronics, Major Appliance, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead as a business owner by developing and driving initiatives to achieve business objectives at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Build a deep understanding of Hardline customers and the industry.
  • Develop cooperative marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales, working alongside leading vendors in the industry.
  • Build a mechanism to track progress, accelerate adoption, and find a way to scale the programs.
  • Drive traffic growth from multiple sources, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, mobile, and on-site placements.
  • Develop and grow a diverse team.

Requirements:
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Fluent Japanese.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
