Cosmetic Efficacy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of our natural cosmetic active ingredients. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team of scientists in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement testing strategies to support claims of natural cosmetic and fragrance ingredients
- Select and manage partners, design efficacy test protocols, and lead efficacy studies
- Drive projects, stakeholders, costs, and time to achieve goals
- Analyze data, create reports, and make claim recommendations
- Present to internal teams, customers, and scientific congress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create communication materials
- Participate in international multi-functional teams and networks
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the IFF Quality Management System
- MSc Biology or Pharmacist - PhD Biology
- 15+ years of experience
- Strong skills in cosmetic ingredients evaluation and claim substantiation
- Knowledge of natural active ingredients and their cosmetics uses
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional projects
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
