As a Customer Relationship Manager at QuickSTAT, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve communicating with customers to understand their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring that their expectations are met.
Key Skills and Experience:
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in logistics. Experience in air and road logistics is highly advantageous, and experience in pharma is preferable. You will also need to have good computer skills and the ability to work successfully under pressure, with excellent time management skills and great communication skills.
