Lead Commercial Strategy at Alice & Bob

Alice & Bob is a pioneering deep tech company on a mission to develop the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer. We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Director - Deep Tech to drive our commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and shaping our future.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a holistic revenue strategy, encompassing sales and business development initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team capable of executing a growth strategy in a deeptech ecosystem.
  • Manage multiple sales streams to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape the overall business strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Ensure alignment across product development, communication, and sales efforts through cross-functional teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making

Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles, preferably in HPC, Computing, Semiconductor, or Telecommunication.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
