Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Accoya USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Northwestern United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the commercial and technical activities of our distributors, sub-distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and sales targets.
- Conduct sales team trainings and joint key account visits with distributors.
- Monitor competition and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop annual forecasts with distributors and sales volume sequences.
- Establish new sub-distributor entities and networks for existing distributors.
- Work closely with distributors on key projects and develop specific volume contracts with industrial clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Quality Control teams in the EU.
- Strong track record in sales and technical team leadership in the wood or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Proficient in Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- High level of reliability and follow-through.
- Hardworking and hands-on mentality.
- Results-driven performer with a collaborative and innovative work style.
The position requires ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments. The ability to operate a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel is also required.
