Job Title: Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Accoya USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Northwestern United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial and technical activities of our distributors, sub-distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and sales targets.
  • Conduct sales team trainings and joint key account visits with distributors.
  • Monitor competition and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop annual forecasts with distributors and sales volume sequences.
  • Establish new sub-distributor entities and networks for existing distributors.
  • Work closely with distributors on key projects and develop specific volume contracts with industrial clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Quality Control teams in the EU.
Requirements:
  • Strong track record in sales and technical team leadership in the wood or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • High level of reliability and follow-through.
  • Hardworking and hands-on mentality.
  • Results-driven performer with a collaborative and innovative work style.
Physical Profile Requirements:

The position requires ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments. The ability to operate a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel is also required.
