About Welcome to the Jungle
We are a platform that enables companies to showcase their workplace culture and connect with potential candidates. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our partnerships with HR agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generated through our partners
- Identify, initiate, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance Welcome to the Jungle's revenue
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as their primary point of contact
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in complex sales or an indirect sales role
- Experience in generating new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Fluency in both French and English
