Customer Care Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team at Deutsche Börse Group. As a key member of our Customer Care Exchange & Registries team, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through the admission process, ensuring they meet legal, regulatory, and technical requirements, and performing technical setups in the Registries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospects through the admission process, ensuring they meet all requirements
  • Perform technical setups in the Registries and coordinate with internal departments
  • Be the first point of contact for customer incoming requests, such as change of contacts, connection issues, operational support, etc
  • Process and save all incoming documentation and amend the data in the Registries
  • Perform daily operations in the Registry, such as checking and validating emissions, transfers, invoices

Requirements:

  • University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
  • Experience in back/middle office
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility, and reliability
  • High proficiency in French, professional English level, German is a plus
  • Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
