As a Community Manager, you will be part of a team of over 350 employees, where international ambition enriches our company culture. You will have the opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities and build your career growth prospects.
Your Mission:
- Develop and engage with our current and new content creators, growing and animating our database according to the specific needs of our brands.
- Manage Skeepers' local social media channels in accordance with editorial guidelines and content strategy, and local trends.
- Build relationships and communicate with our community on a daily basis, including within the Skeepers app and on social media platforms.
- Create campaigns to increase awareness of Skeepers among creators, drive sign-ups for brand campaigns, and build loyalty among our community, all through social media platforms and CRM tools.
- Create content to educate our community and enhance their user experience, content quality, and alignment with brand requests.
- Organize local events (virtual or physical) to help develop, educate, and engage the community.
- Review brand campaign performance on a weekly basis to implement marketing initiatives to help promote the campaigns and meet local Campaign manager & Customer success manager to share the results.
- Monitor and report on all actions launched, with tracking of KPIs.
- Stay on top of platform improvements, changes to existing offerings, and new offerings in the social media space.
Requirements:
- You have experience in influence marketing and social networks, with communication and writing skills to support the team in daily tasks.
- You are a data-driven person, knowing how to efficiently measure the performance of the actions you launch.
- You speak native-level Italian, and fluent in English. Speaking French would be a bonus.
