Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes at Central Parking. This position involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, customer demand, and business objectives.
- Forecast future demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
- Manage transportation and distribution networks to optimize efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure an optimal balance between customer demand and carrying costs.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Develop and maintain effective inventory replenishment processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic training: Long higher education (Engineer, Business school, graduate school, Master, etc.)
- Desired professional skills: Purchases, Legal and contractual, Management, Project management, IT tools, Basic office pack (WORD, EXCEL, PP...)
- Desired personal qualities: Autonomy/spirit of initiative, Ability to negotiate, The ability to work in a team, Leadership, Rigor, Stress resistance, Sense of organization
- Desired language skills: Fluent written and spoken language of the country of establishment, Second language Fluent written and spoken English
