Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Ansys. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of various projects within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings in coordination with project team members
  • Assist in gathering status for various projects to create weekly status reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain project calendars
  • Support the executive on project-related activities such as risk/issue tracking, change management, communication, and status reporting
  • Work with project team members to ensure all project documentation is stored and maintained on the project team site
  • Prepare presentations and/or talking points for regional employee communications
  • Maintain calendars and own the scheduling process for all meetings for assigned managers
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and written) and French (good written skills)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or professional administrative support role in a corporate setting
  • Polished communication skills: proven ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to effectively network and partner throughout the organization
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and planning skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute various tasks and projects
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with SharePoint being a plus
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Self-motivation and dynamism
