Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Line Supervisor at Talents Industrie, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of production programs within our agro-food industry team. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in food processing.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and operate manufacturing lines to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in production program realization by operating machines and lines.
• Perform quality and traceability controls throughout the process and alert the hierarchy in case of major dysfunction.
• Conduct level 1 maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) on machines and develop a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in food processing.
• Open to 3x8 and 4x8 schedules.
