Uptoo, the leading recruitment agency specializing in commercial and commercial managers in France, is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Development Manager.
As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for developing sales and business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the scientific research market. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the scientific research market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients
- Negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles, preferably in the IT or Life Science industry
- Strong understanding of the scientific research market and its trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
