Job Opportunity at Natixis Interépargne
You are invited to join the Relationship and Customer Service team at Natixis Interépargne (NIE), where our goal is to provide exceptional support to corporate clients' employees through various communication channels.
As a key member of our team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and ensuring their smooth progression;
- Establishing effective communication with your hierarchy and other NIE departments;
- Providing training and support to new advisors;
- Handling employee inquiries and requests via new communication channels, such as chat, email, and social networks.
You will work in a community of experts that prioritizes excellence, impact, and collective action. This position is based in Caen, with the possibility of teleworking.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- A foreign language (written/oral): English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, or Turkish.

- Very comfortable speaking and writing;
- Rigorous and organized;
- Known for your team spirit.
