Capital and Business Risk Manager

The Capital and Business Risk Manager - Risk Expert will be responsible for building a vision independent of that of the Finance Department on the Group's capital position (current and projected in the medium term).
The role will also involve participating in various Group committees and familiarizing yourself with the methods and tools of the Financial Department.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks including financial and non-financial risks, and experience in Capital Management projects & analysis of new regulatory frameworks.
They will also have good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate reviews and convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders (business, finance department, risk department, regulatory affairs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a vision independent of the Finance Department
- Participate in various Group committees
- Familiarize yourself with the methods and tools of the Financial Department
- Convey complex risk assessments to stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in topics related to risk and capital management in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks including financial and non-financial risks
- Experience in Capital Management projects & analysis of new regulatory frameworks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
