Marketing Category Manager

Nemera is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Category Manager to join our team in Lyon, France. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product portfolio growth and innovation
- Lead the development and launch of new products, including design briefs, project management, and positioning
- Manage product lifecycle, including product roadmap, product development, and product launch
- Support sales development through trade shows, prospecting campaigns, and key customer meetings
- BA or master's degree in marketing, life sciences, engineering, or business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business and marketing in the environment of technically complex products
- Excellent level of English, with day-to-day working language
- Excellent knowledge of market analysis tools and methods, including databases, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Business acumen, with understanding of commercial and strategic issues
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry market
- Technical affinity and willingness to learn to communicate effectively with R&D, engineering, and plant teams
