Global Marketing Strategy Manager for Fragrance and Beauty Industries

Symrise, a leading global provider of fragrances, flavors, food, nutrition, and cosmetic ingredients, is seeking an experienced Global Business Marketing Manager to join its team. Based in Holzminden, Germany, or Clichy, France, this exciting opportunity will allow the selected candidate to be at the forefront of shaping global marketing strategies for Micro Protection.

With a sales record of approximately € 4.6 billion in 2022, Symrise operates in over 100 locations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the United States, and Latin America. As part of our dynamic and multicultural environment, you will work closely with clients to develop new ideas and market-ready concepts that resonate with consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling narratives to showcase the unique selling points of our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate the execution of global promotional tools with external graphic designers, maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines.
  • Develop creative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities, collaborating closely with BU Heads and Product Managers.

Marketing Activities:

You will be tasked with running market surveys and analyses to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying unmet customer needs to position our offerings effectively. Collaboration is key as you consolidate competition analysis from various sources, contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, equipped with a degree and significant experience in brand and marketing management. Fluency in English is essential, and exceptional communication skills are necessary for both written and verbal interactions. Your talent for translating complex technical information into captivating narratives is crucial for success in this role.

As a Global Business Marketing Manager, you can expect a salary range of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
