At Alstom, we're looking for a skilled Ergonomics Specialist to join our team. As an Ergonomics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers by applying your knowledge of human factors and ergonomics principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project development through the application of internal procedures, instructions, and guidelines.
- Conduct ergonomics simulations using Catia V5, Human Builder, and Human Posture Analysis.
- Assess display interfaces using heuristic methods.
- Conduct human factors studies, including workload and risk assessments.
- Calculate anthropometric data and seat dimensions.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret REX results.
- Contribute to the development of engineering instructions, guidelines, and DRCL.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in ergonomics.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies, including task analysis, questionnaire definition, and synthesis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Catia V5, DMA, Human Builder, and Human Posture Analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced level of English, with French preferred.
