About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Service Operations Team in Deliveroo France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, managing tickets in ServiceNow, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Deliveroo staff, including hardware, software, and access management.
- Manage tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service, actively listening to users' concerns and communicating clearly.
- Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base, serving as a repository of common issues and solutions.
- Assist in setting up and configuring hardware devices, software applications, and other IT equipment.
- Provide user education to enhance employees' understanding of technology tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with the wider ET Team to resolve complex issues and implement system improvements.
- Manage and care for laptops and mobile phones, including inventory tracking, hardware and software configurations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and security measures.
Requirements
- Google Workspace (G Suite), Apple products, and Windows experience are essential.
- Good knowledge of supporting Google Workspace and experience with macOS and Windows, as well as supporting technologies like JAMF, Intune, and GitHub.
