About the Role

The Commercial Enablement Manager is a key position within the European Pricing and Commercial Analytics organization. Reporting to the Pricing and Revenue Manager of the region, this role focuses on driving activation and compliance of the global way of working within regional commercial organizations.

  • To work closely with Business System Specialists to ensure regional demands are captured and addressed.
  • Drive the activation and compliance of global business processes and systems, ensuring consistency across all countries.
  • Drive return on investment of agreed initiatives, focusing on usage rates and process efficiency achievements.
  • Drive change management within the Regional Management Team and region, ensuring smooth stop/change activations.
  • Collaborate with regional management teams to continuously improve key performance indicators.
  • Secure competency development and management for all regional users, ensuring proficiency in global business processes and systems.
  • Contribute to business systems roadmap planning, aligning with local organization needs.

Who You Are

  • Highly commercial aware, with a strong commercial background.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build business relationships at multiple levels.
  • University degree, with a focus on business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change.
  • Customer-centric, with a results-driven and process-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in English, with other European languages a plus.
