We're seeking a results-driven Team Lead to join our Paris office and lead the day-to-day activities of our Professional Services department. This role involves managing internal resources, overseeing project execution, and fostering a collaborative team environment that inspires growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources for smooth project execution, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Train and coach team members in product knowledge, soft skills, and hard skills, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Set clear team goals, assign tasks, and establish deadlines to drive project success.
  • Plan and engineer the implementation of our BOARD solution from requirements to delivery, mentoring team members and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships within the team, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge and skills to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Create an inspiring team environment, recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking, driving innovation and excellence in our Professional Services department.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing project teams in SaaS vendors or consulting firms.
  • Exposure to BI, ERP, or EPM/CPM solutions.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with software project management lifecycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
