Job Title: HR Assistant/Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Office Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As an HR & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager with recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Human Resources Manager with recruitment coordination, including drafting and distributing job offers, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Monitor the integration of new hires, including employee onboarding and mentoring.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including probationary periods and maintaining personal records of hires.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain the condition of the office, and arrange for necessary repairs.
  • Organize office events and contribute to CSR events.

Requirements:

  • A first experience in an equivalent position or newly qualified graduates with less than three years' professional experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral, and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, as well as good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy, with the ability to work independently and well within a team.

What We Offer:

  • A permanent contract with the possibility of working remotely by prior arrangement.
  • A fixed salary from €27,500 to €32,000.
